Controller and contact
Data processing is managed by the private manager of B039 Apartment. Requests concerning personal data may be sent through the WhatsApp contact shown on the website.
Data processed
The website has no registration forms, payment system or direct booking system. During browsing, technical data required for operation and security may be processed, including IP address, browser, device, pages visited and general performance data.
WhatsApp contact
WhatsApp opens only after the user clicks the relevant link. Data voluntarily provided, such as name, telephone number, requested dates and message content, is used only to reply, check availability and organise a possible stay.
Booking.com and Airbnb
Bookings made through Booking.com or Airbnb are governed by the terms and privacy notices of those platforms. B039 Apartment receives only the data needed to manage the booking and the stay.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated traffic and performance statistics. It is not used for personalised advertising or profiling. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies, localStorage or fingerprinting to identify individual visitors.
YouTube videos
Videos are not loaded automatically. A connection to YouTube is made only after the user clicks the play button. The player uses YouTube privacy-enhanced mode; from that moment Google/YouTube’s privacy terms also apply.
